Your Gift Card is redeemable at any participating Ruth’s Chris restaurants in the U.S. Your gift card can also be used at any participating Darden restaurant in the U.S.

I inadvertently deleted my eGift Card before I could use it. How do I request a replacement?

The purchaser of the gift card can resend your gift card using their confirmation number and email address. Please contact the purchaser and have them resend the gift card. If you are the purchaser of the gift card, please contact our support center for assistance at (877) 252-0250 or giftcardservices@gift.ruthschris.com.

What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Ruth’s Chris cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards, however, if you have proof of purchase contact customer care for assistance at (877) 252-0250 or giftcardservices@gift.ruthschris.com.
