Where can In-N-Out gift cards be used?

In-N-Out gift cards can be used at any restaurant location and retail company store location. Please visit our website at in-n-out.com to find the closest restaurant near you.

How do I check the balance of a gift card?

To check your gift card balance, visit innoutburger.wgiftcard.com/rbc/innoutburger and select 'Check Your Gift Card Balance.' Enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and you will see your balance immediately. You can enter your email to have your balance sent to you.

Can gift cards be used to purchase merchandise on the website or over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift cards as payment on our website or over the phone. If you are interested in purchasing merchandise with an In-N-Out gift card, please redeem your gift card in person at one of our three retail locations.

Do you offer eGift cards? Can gift cards be sent electronically in an email as an eGift card or as a printable gift card?

No, please note that we only offer physical gift cards that are NOT electronic or printable.

Do the gift cards ever expire?

No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.

How many denominations are available?

In-N-Out gift cards can be loaded for any amount between $5.00 and $200.00. If you are looking to order more than $500.00 in total of gift cards, please visit our bulk ordering site.

Can I include a personal message with the gift card?

Unfortunately, we do not offer personal messages with gift cards.

Can my gift card be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address?

Yes, the billing and shipping addresses can differ.

Will you ship to multiple addresses?

No, you must place separate orders for each address.

When will I receive my gift cards?

When you receive your gift cards will depend on the shipping method you’ve chosen. We offer Ground Shipping, 2 Day and Next Day shipping.

What’s the standard processing time for gift cards?

Gift cards will ship out 5-7 business days after orders are placed.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX)

What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?

Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. For further assistance, please contact (800) 743-0128

Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?

In-N-Out gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

How do I activate my card(s) once I receive them?

The gift cards will arrive activated and ready for use.

Can I return my gift card?

Due to regulations, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds on gift card sales. All gift card sales are final.
