Where can Cub plastic and virtual gift cards be used?

What is an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is an electronic version of traditional plastic gift cards, sent via email. eGifts can be purchased on cub.com and redeemed online or in-store.
Do the gift cards ever expire?
Cub gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.
How many denominations are available?
Cub gift cards have a minimum value of $5 and a maximum value of $500 per card, and can be purchased in $1 increments.
Can I include a personal message with the gift card?
Yes. The message will be the same for every gift card in a single order, so if you’d like more than one message, make sure to buy each eGift separately.
When will I receive my gift cards?
The eGift will immediately be sent to the email address specified and can be used right away. If you or your recipient don’t receive the gift, log into your Cub account to resend the email.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX), personal checks and wire payments. Payment must be received before the eGift is sent. If you choose the check or wire payment option, your order will remain pending until payment has been received and deposited. You’ll receive an email once the payment has been approved and again when the eGift is sent.
What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?
Keep track of your gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
No, not unless where required by law.
Do you offer volume discounts?
We offer volume discounts based on total dollars spent. For example, $1,000 or more will receive a 5% discount.
How do I activate my card(s) once I receive them?
The eGift is immediately ready for use upon receipt.

How do I check the balance of a gift card?

To check your gift card balance, visit https://test-merchant.wgiftcard.com/rbc/cub and select "Check Your Gift Card Balance." Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and 8-digit PIN and you will see your balance immediately.
