When you receive your plastic gift cards will depend on the shipping method chosen. We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. As for the virtual cards, the gift will be sent immediately and will be received shortly after. If you or your recipient does not receive your gift cards, please log into your account to resend the email or request a replacement gift card.

We accept credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX), check payments and wire payments. Before a gift card order is shipped, payment must be received. If you choose the check or wire payment option, your order will remain pending until payment has been received and deposited. You will receive an email once the payment has been approved and again with the shipment is sent.
